I’m still amazed that this camera even outperforms some our newer digital camcorders and that’s a testament to the d600 and the beta sp format. We still use the format on a regular basis and enjoy an occasional laugh when clients are wow’d at the image quality…. We especially enjoy their expressions when we tell them it’s an analog camera. We just finished a pbs documentary with the footage from these cameras that airs in april. Anyway, i’m also including a angenieux t14×8b1esm with a 2 x extender. The focal length is 8mm to 112mm and with the extender engaged it reaches 224mm.

The field of view is 57 degrees. The sony short shotgun mic and the sony bkw-402a 26 pin multicore option is also included.
