Bartech Wireless Follow Focus System For Steadicam And Arriflex

I have for sale here my bartech wireless follow focus system. I’ve owned it from new for the past 4 years where is has seen fairly light use. I normally carry it as a backup or for when production can’t afford an expensive system. If you’re looking at this then i probably don’t need to tell you the bartech is an amazingly reliable system, i’ve not once has interference with the system and it works perfectly every time i take it out of the box. It works well with the red, alexa or with the correct power and mounting dslrs such as the 5d and 7d.

There is a full contents list below, but the kit is ready to pull out of the box and shoot with. The bartech is in very good cosmetic condition, the hand unit has a few paint chips on it, to be expected but the rest is in very good condition, bar a couple of stickers and bits of velcro. One of the motor cables was pulled a bit too hard on a shoot last week and the wires popped out of the sheath.

I put them back and the cable seems to work without problem, but please be advised that it may not be that sturdy anymore; keep it as a backup cable as there are 2 in this kit. Oh and there is a tiny allen screw missing from the motor, it’s been missing for a couple of years and seems to work without it no problem. The dimensions of the kit are 42cmx28cmx15cm and 5.7kg. The kit comes with the following. 1x bartech tx focus hand unit (with aerial). 1x bartech receiver/motor driver (with aerial). 1x m-one motor (with 19mm bars mount). 3x bars slip adaptors (for 15mm and other bars).

1x “dog bone” motor offset adaptor and short bars. 1x d-tap 12v powering cable.

1x 4-pin xlr powering cable. 2x receiver to motor power cables. 1x bartech->bartech power loop cable. 1x arri lanyard (this has broken and is gaffered as per the picture, still works fine though).

2x marking strips (i normally use camera tape). 1x pelican 1060 accessories case.
